Can't get acstats to work

I have tried everything I can think of to get acstats to work, but to no avail. For whatever reason it just does not seem to work from my computer. I've had the same problem with other Decal plugins. Castaway will not work on my computer either.

I have tried shutting down all the plugins and just running acstats.. didn't work. I tried both http://lastdynasty.net and the other URL as server... didn't work. I uninstalled Decal and reinstalled, uninstalled acstats and reinstalled.. did not work... any suggestions? :?: :shocked!:
